Payment
Elkards accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal, as well as payment by check. If you choose to pay via check, your purchase will be processed as soon as the check is received and cleared through our bank. Shipment will then take place. Credit card orders are processed and shipped once the card is approved through our secure server. If payment via check is not received within 30 days, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, using either 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post. Shipping will be automatically calculated during the check-out process. You will have the opportunity to review shipping and all other charges before placing your final order.
Delivery
Your order will generally be shipped within 5-7 working days after your order is received and payment validated.
Returns
We take great care in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. In the unfortunate event that an item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within five days of receipt in new, resalable condition, with original sleeve(s) or box(es). Pieces can either be exchanged or your credit card credited, minus shipping costs.
All items must be returned via pre-paid, insured, trackable method for safe delivery. Elkards is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable.
